Not only was Monifa completely lost, but she has never heard of the place this boy spoke of. England? Europe? These words were very, very foreign to her. She was certainly not in Amestris anymore.

“But that’s impossible…” She let slip out and then looked towards the other with wide eyes. His sarcastic tone did not seem to faze her, neither did anyone’s really. Before she spoke once more, she took a moment to observe his appearance. He dressed as if he was a high class citizen, which should not surprise the girl if he did indeed live in this mansion. He also had a strange hair color that she has never seen on anyone before. Granted she had silver hair which was somewhat a little odd, but it was normal to her and her people; Ishvalans. Also… was he wearing an eyepatch? She wondered why on earth he would even need one in the first place.

Before she got lost in her thoughts, she spoke once more, unknowing to the being that was behind her. “I was in the country of Amestris just a few moments ago. Have you heard of it?”

Ciel heard her murmur, but ignored it. She wasn’t speaking to him. He glanced over the things scattered on his desk, until she spoke up again. He looked back at her and raised an eyebrow. Amestris? He thought back to all of those geography lessons, where he had to memorize nearly everything about the world, but Amestris never came up. A lost city, perhaps? No– then why would she be here? “No, I’ve never heard of a place called ‘Amestris’,” he said honestly. “Have you, Sebastian?”

The Earl looked past the girl, to the man behind her. “No, I haven’t, my Lord,” the being said, with a gentle smile on his face. He looked down at the girl and tilted his head, “Are you lost?”

“I would think so,” he responded to Sebastian rather then letting the girl. “Get a map, Sebastian,” and with that, he was gone. “Who are you?” Ciel asked the girl. It’s better to put faces to names just in case something ever happened. For all he knew, the girl could be lying. From the sounds of it, she was. There was no such thing as Amestris in England. He knew that because he’s traveled to most parts. The Queen has sent him on countless journies, and none of them to a place even remotely similar to that.
