As a khansama, he always had something to do, but what could be done in a situation like this one if not hope and pray that nothing went wrong?

“Neither do I,” he muttered, moving his hand from his head to his face. He rubbed his eyes, then pressed his two fingers on the bridge of his nose. “I guess I just have to manage for an entire day before things return to normal.” Though just hoping things go his way wasn’t exactly settling. Ciel doesn’t remember the last time he had good luck, so he already knew this day would be a long and terrible one.
