♠ lost in a secret place ;

ib-doesnt-fib:

Ib continued to stare at the boy with her huge curious red eyes. “Ciel…” She repeated shyly. It was her way learning new names or words, by repeating them to herself to learn the feel of it all. He sure didn’t look like anyone the child as seen before, or heard of, by any chance. Though, that usually wasn’t a bad thing, for she did have a habit of meeting new people everyday, no matter what. It was just her curiosity getting the best of her sometimes.

She noticed him walking away when he asked if she was coming with him. Making her jump a little for being caught off guard and lost in her thoughts, only to come back into this twisted new reality. Running after him she nodded. “U-Um… Y-Yes..!” Ib caught up with him, running to his side and offering a friendly smile, even though he seemed to sound so emotionless and find her dull, the child barely noticed to en-wrapped in her new friend, though he probably didn’t consider her the same.

The smile the child gave him was disregarded without a second thought. Child or not, she would not get special treatment. Its not like he did. His steps echoed as his boots tapped against the wooden floor. What was with the echoes? The things filling the room should have been enough to satisfy the empty air, but as they walked that wasn’t the case.

If the girl had just gotten there, then she probably didn’t walk far - if she got anywhere at all. Since Ib was a small child, it was likely she’d be a weight rather than someone to help him through this. A sigh passed his lips as he stepped into the darkness of the place. His eye adjusted to the small light available, and he caught sight of a crack in the wall he didn’t notice before. Upon further inspection, he realized it wasn’t a crack - but a door. “Come on,” he said lowly to the red eyed girl, then opened the door and stepped inside.
