roses & bluebells ✿

Alois popped his head up quickly and turned to glance at the smaller earl, who didn’t seem to happy with Alois’ appearance. The boy turned his attention back to the rose that was in his hand and sighed happily at it’s appearance, stuffing it into his pocket. He have to ask Claude later if there were any roses that looked like the one he just pulled up.

“Ciel~. It’s so nice seeing you! Your garden is beautiful by the way!” Alois began walking up to the smaller earl quickly, flicking his forehead before wrapping an arm around his shoulders. He knew how much the boy hated physical contact so he decided to make him squirm a bit before letting go. “And back to the question you asked before…I don’t think it’s rude at all to pull someone else’s flowers from the ground. If it’s pretty and I like it, I’ll do what I can to get it.“

“Besides Phantomhive, you should be happy that I’m here… I’m one of those people who put a bit of light into your life,” He said loudly before bursting into a fit of giggles.

The chipper tone from the earl Trancy was always enough to sour Ciel’s mood. His visible eye widened as Alois broke through his personal ‘bubble’, even more irritated at the flick upon his forehead. "Don’t–” his words were caught in his throat at the unexpected embrace. He lifted his arms between the two, and promptly shoved Alois away from him.

Don’t touch me,” he demanded, taking a few steps away from Alois. Ciel had his reasons for hating being touched. The month he disappeared was the month a lot of things changed for the young Phantomhive. His innocence, stripped from him. His happiness, gone. He doubted he could ever fully recover, not even if he tried. “If that’s what you go by then you’re even more agitating than I thought.”
