There’s a question he didn’t want to answer. It was true that Sebastian saved him - even though he was ordered to. Sebastian did a lot of things for him, besides bring him tea or fold his clothes. It was true that he cared for the demon to an extent after all they’ve been through together. However Ciel knows Sebastian’s true motive, and it is not caring for the Phantomhive. His soul is what the demon craves, so why should Ciel admit anything if he’d come off as a fool by doing so?
