“That’s always your excuse isn’t it?” Alois turned his attention to his nails, in mock boredom. “It’s none of your business why I’m here to see your butler….just sit there like a good lap dog while I go off to find him.” Alois turned on his heel and leaned down to pluck yet another flower from the ground and placed it in his hair. He glanced to the small boy and saw that he was really getting to him.

This wasn’t fun anymore. He wanted Ciel to at least come after him. He sighed in frustration and finally stood in front of the boy, his eyebrow raised in question. “Listen, we both know that we hate each other’s guts…but i’m tired of standing out here arguing with you. Let’s sit and have tea, then we can talk about how much we hate each other.

“He is my servant and I will choose who he does or does not speak to,” Ciel didn’t know the reason behind this, but he would surely find out from Sebastian. One of the first orders given to the demon was ‘you will not lie’. He has to follow that order and obey to the contract no matter what. Ciel was content that it would stay that way until he got his revenge.

Ciel didn’t move a muscle as Alois turned his heel, with a scowl placed on his features. It didn’t matter where Alois went, because he would never find Sebastian outside until nighttime when the ball ended and all have retired. That was because of the ball preparations, if he wasn’t decorating, he was out of the manor collecting supplies.

“Do you take me for a fool?” he inquired, his attitude becoming harsher. “If we had tea, that would require my butler to serve us. I refuse to allow you two contact of any kind.”
